Yennie Rautenberg-Loya is a bilingual and multicultural leadership coach, accredited as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Originally from Mexico City, Yennie began her career at renowned multinational firms in Mexico before immigrating to the U.S. in 2000. There, she continued her career with a globally recognized public relations firm, managing high-profile accounts in the technology, finance, and healthcare sectors.
While living in South Florida, Yennie immersed herself in extensive personal and professional development training. Through this journey, she gained clarity on a long-held vision—first formed at age 16—to leave a positive and lasting impact on people’s lives.
In 2018, after a successful career in corporate communications at a Fortune 500® tech company, where she honed her strategic thinking and worked closely with C-suite executives, Yennie embraced the challenging experience of being laid off as an opportunity to switch careers. She founded Rautenberg Coaching to pursue her passion for leadership development.
Now based in Southern California, Yennie is a thriving entrepreneur, leadership coach, executive trainer, and public speaker. Her vision to transform corporate cultures is shaped by her own experiences as a Latina immigrant, an English as a second language speaker, and a member of a minority group in corporate tech. Yennie understands the importance of creating nurturing environments where people are honored, empowered, and feel a true sense of belonging, with equal opportunities to thrive.
